Shipping Information & Returned Packages
If, for whatever reason, you refuse to except the package you ordered, within 30 days of receiving the refused package we will refund to you the amount you paid for your order, deducted by the exact shipping & handling fees as stated in your order total.
In the event your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or invalid address, we will notify you via email to confirm your shipping address. Your order will be subject to an additional shipping fee of $6.00. If you do not want us to reship your order we will refund you the amount you paid for your order, deducted by the exact shipping & handling fees as stated in your order total. If your order qualified for free shipping we will deduct a flat fee of $5.00 from the refunded amount.
Damage During Shipment
You should not accept any package or product that has been damaged in shipment. The content of the package should be reviewed after delivery and any possible damage or concerns should be reported to us, preferably via, email immediately. CondomJungle.com does not and cannot accept any late reports for damaged packages or damaged package content without any exception.
International Shipping
If you choose First Class Mail International service from the United States Postal Service [USPS], then there is no tracking available. You will bear the risk if the package goes missing. Our customers have experienced good service from this shipment method so far, and it is an affordable method. We feel that it is best to have tracking service, but we want our international customers to have the option if they need it. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, broker fees, duties and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. We have no control over these fees, nor any way of determining in advance what the fees will be. You will need to contact your local customs office or post office to get this information.
